Abstrakt:

Gold and Bi-minerals in the skarns of Bohemian-Moravian Highlands (Czech Republic)

The rare young mineralization formed of Bi-minerals and native gold is contained in five Fe-skarn bodies in the Moldanubicum, Kutná Hora Crystalline Complex, and Svratka Unit. The chemical composition of gold studied from individual skarn bodies is different. Also the composition of various single grains of gold is not homogeneous. Gold from Rešice is pure, gold from other 3 localities contain various admixtures of Ag (13–38 wt. %), and no gold is in the skarn from Kuklík. Bismuth from all localities is pure phase. In the skarns from Svratouch, Kuklík, Budeč, and Rešice several rare Bi-tellurides and Bi-sulphotellurides are present.
