Článek v PDFPalaeolithic station Grubgraben, end of the Last Glacial, horses, morphological and metrical analysis
The Grubgraben (Austria) represents the most important locality with four palaeolithic layers in superposition, in time between the Upper Gravettian and Magdalenian, This paper deals only with the finds of horses from the excavation 1993/94. Basic on morphometric studies the horses come under the species Equus germanicus Nehring, 1884.
