Abstrakt:
Animal osteological material from the settlement Velim near Kolín
An animal osteological material from the feature No. 27 of the Bronze Age settlement in Velim near Kolín was elaborated. Six forms of domestic mammals and five species of hunting mammals were distinguished. The minimal number of individuals and their age structure was also investigated. The bones were measured and a withers height of animals was counted from these measurements. Way how the animals were used on the settlement was discussed in the present paper.
