Karst phenomena of the stripe of Devonian limestone between Veveří castle and Malhostovice village
The investigation of the karst phenomena of the small outcrop of Devonian limestone at the eastern flank of Boskovice furrow was undertaken, and is the object of this report. The field mapping revealed surface as well as underground karst features rather of a smaller extent (karren fields. sink-boles, caverns). Of greater importance are the displays of paleokarstification preserved in the northern part of the study area.
