Palynological studies of the sediments from the Šošůvka part of the Sloup-Šošůvka Cave and from the lower part of the supporting profile in the Kůlna cave (Moravian Karst) are presented. The reconstructions of the ecological conditions were made, In the Kůlna cave, the palynological results were compared with the studies of other geological and paleontological methods. The autor tried to specify the stratigraphic position of the studied samples from the Šošůvka cave.
