Mineralogy of ore occurrence near Jasenice (Moravicum, Svratka Dome)

Ore occurrence near Jasenice (SW part of Svratka Dome, Moravicum) is described. The most common minerals of this locality are: sphalerite (with about 1 wt.% Fe, less then 0.5 wt.% Cd), galena (average 404 ppm Ag, 296 ppm Sb), dolomite-ankerite, barite, quartz and limonite. Other minerals are rare: tetrahedrite (with about 5 wt.% Ag and 5 wt.% Zn), pyrite, marcasite, chalcopyrite, cerusite, anglesite, gypsum, malachite, azurite and smithsonite. There is supposed to be an epithermal-mesothermal type of mineralization.
