Contact metamorphism combined with intrusion of teschenite association in Krmelín locality, northern Moravia, Czechoslovakia
A contact zone of pyroxene-amphibole to amphibole-pyroxene teschenite is discussed in the paper. Contact and hydrotermally altered sediments are formed by the extremely fine-grained hornstone rocks with mineral paragenesis: grossularite, vesuvianite, datolite, analcite, pyroxene, plagioklase, microcline, quartz, calcite. Grossularite forms porphyroblastic grains up to 0.66 mm in size and it is characterized by a marked anomalous facetted extinction.
